Swap

Wallet tool

Create a fresh Monero or Zcash wallet in your browser to receive a swap, check that your backup restores the same address, and learn how to import it into a full wallet.

Keys exist only in this browser. They are generated locally, kept in this browser's storage so you can find them again, and are never sent to the server. Clearing site data, private windows or another device will not have them: write the backup down before using the address.

Generate a wallet

Creates a brand-new Monero wallet using your browser's secure random generator. Nothing is sent anywhere: the keys live only on this device until you back them up.

Verify my backup

Paste the 25-word seed you wrote down. The address is re-derived locally and compared with the one you expect. Nothing leaves your browser.

Importing a Monero wallet

How to import this wallet

Restore from the 25-word seed in any Monero wallet that supports mnemonic restore:

  • Monero GUI / CLI: choose Restore wallet from keys or mnemonic seed.
  • Feather Wallet: Restore wallet from seed.
  • Cake Wallet: Restore from seed/keys → Monero.
  • Monerujo (Android): Restore wallet → seed.

Set the restore height / restore date to the creation date so the wallet only scans blocks from that point. Scanning from an earlier date is harmless but slow. The private view key and spend key shown above are the same keys the seed encodes; the seed alone is enough to restore everything.

Local copies only. Forgetting one here does not affect the blockchain or your backups.
